At Scuder Way Wipers we manufacture a wide range of special way-wiper series for telescopic defenses, cowlings and closures or guides.
Consisting of a steel plate and NBR, Polyurethane or FPM according to models.
Materials: NBR or FPM
Way wiper with high resistance to abrasion, oils, coolants, and high temperatures between 100º and 130º.
Designed with special openings to assemble them with spot welds. They can also be assembled with screws or rivets.
For zones with hot shavings, we recommend placing the stainless steel protector over the LN-1, LN-2, and LN-3 lips.

High resistance to abrasion, coolants, oils, and hydrolysis. Continuous thermal resistance of 100º and a maximum of 135º. Thanks to its design, the polyurethane lips, are totally protected by the metal profile, notably prolonging the life of the way wipers and the telescopic protections.
This series is made up of a steel protective profile and a polyurethane lip.
For telescopic protections and closures in aluminium blinds and band winders.
Generally, with spot welds, can also be assembled by means of screws or rivets.

Way wipers without steel nucleus, adaptable to different curvature radii:
High resistance to abrasion, hydrolysis, mineral oils, and coolants. Especially recommended for water zones. Consisting of a brass splint, we avoid rusting problems that can occur with other kinds of way wipers.
This way wiper series is made up by a brass bracket and NBR lip.
Continuous thermal resistance of 100º and a maximum of 135º.
